Life in Texas
So, the excitement of last week has worn off. I've met a few girls at school and we went out one night last week. We went to a dance hall...had a beer, danced, was home before midnight. It was fun. My life has become grown up and I don't like it.
Also, I go days without talking...to anyone. Sometimes my parents call. Sometimes I call my siblings. Sometimes they aren't there. So I just do things around the house and watch TV. I've watched so much TV in the last 10 days, I may NEVER want to watch TV again. And I"m bored. I know I should be glad for the down time because next week I get very busy. If that's the case, then I can't wait for next week.
And I've been sleeping like 10 hours a night. I have nothing better to do so I sleep. What a sad life.
That's it for today. Just complaining.

Yeah, it sucks before classes and such have started. And when you're bored there's just more time to be homesick - it's a vicious thing! Our classes start Monday and I assume yours do too - after I've gotten my schedule figured out and such we'll have to plan getting together so you aren't quite so bored! (And before you're too crazy busy!)
